I certify the statements in this document are accurate and consent to release any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, AAA, Insurance Bureau of Canada and the MTO Course Inspector. A non-refundable deposit is required to start your online classroom portion. The balance is due before the first in-car lesson. The Ontario government charges a $15 BDE Certification Fee (no tax). The fee is included in your payment. All classes and car lessons must be completed within one calendar year. In-car lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24-hour notice subject to a $50 charge.
